Start with a focused app demonstration

Tell us about your audience, content, existing systems and the product you want to launch. Book an app demo so we can discuss the right starting scope.

Agree the product and commercial scope

We confirm the platform modules, branding, integrations, expected audience and support requirements before proposing a setup fee, any custom work and an ongoing monthly retainer. Sports-data licences and other third-party costs are identified separately.

Receive access for your organisation

Once the scope and onboarding arrangements are agreed, your iPublisher contact helps set up the organisation and the appropriate team access. Access and billing arrangements follow your agreement. This guide does not ask you to enter payment details.

Configure, review and launch

Your team reviews the configured product, publishing workflow and acceptance checks before launch. The help centre covers day-to-day CMS tasks. For an existing account or an access problem, contact your organisation's administrator or iPublisher support.
